I’m qualified – I’m a Level 4 Back Pain Specialist, hold a Premier Diploma in Personal Training, am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a Nutrition Advisor and a Sports Massage Therapist. I’m also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
I’m experienced – I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 8 years and spent the first 2 years working at a David Lloyd gym and health club.
