Pre and Post Natal Exercising
Multiple studies have shown many benefits to mothers exercising during pregnancy – these can include reductions in fatigue, back pain, excessive weight gain, factors leading to pre-eclampsia, hypertension, varicose veins, gestational diabetes and oedema (swelling). As you progress from early pregnancy to the birth of your baby, I can help you with a safe and efficient programme which meets your individual needs and will be adapted to suit you during each stage. Following the birth and the subsequent 6 week check (12 weeks for a Caesarean section) we can begin returning you to full fitness whilst fitting in with your new circumstances.
