As we get older, it remains important to our health to stay active and this includes taking regular exercise. You may be after a shift in focus from a high level of sport, stuck in an ‘executive lifestyle’ rut, wishing to take up new hobbies, recovering from illness or injury, or just wanting to feel healthy and fit. It’s never too late to start an exercise programme, and I can devise one that takes into account all of your requirements and specific needs.
