Massage
Using massage as part of your health and exercise routine will help you achieve better results and make your recovery period a lot quicker. I use a combination of deep tissue, sports, lymphatic and Swedish massage styles adjusting the pressure to give you the kind of massage you can enjoy and get the most benefit out of. At your first session I will fill out an in depth consultation form with you to understand your health and what you want to achieve from the treatment. I strongly believe in the holistic approach taking into account the whole person, treating everyone as an individual and tailoring treatments accordingly. I am fully qualified with the VTCT and fully insured with the FHT and have five years experience in the field.
Conditions I treat include: muscle stiffness and pain, soft tissue injury, mobility issues, chronic back pain, whip lash, repetitive strain injury, golfers and tennis elbow, sciatica, headaches, arthritis, carpool tunnel, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, poor circulation, immune system, stress and anxiety, insomnia and depression.
