Lower Back Pain Bristol
It is estimated that at some point in their lives, 4 out of 5 adults will experience back pain. As a Level 4 Specialist Instructor I can work with you to keep you active, reduce the chances of developing pain, and lessen the impact of existing pain. After an initial consultation, during which I will gather as much information as possible about you; your first session will be a full range of movement and postural check which will highlight any muscle imbalances and form the basis of the training programme that you will embark on. Each training session will be carefully monitored and adjusted to ensure that you progress at a rate that you are comfortable with. In addition to training under my supervision, we will develop a plan to include activities that you can take part in on your own.
