Bespoke Gym Programmes
During an hour long consultation (for which there will be a £30 charge) I will gain all the information I need to provide you with a comprehensive programme which should be changed every 6-8 weeks. Whether you want to train in a gym, or on your own at home I can show you how to achieve the results you want without wasting time doing the wrong things. The programme delivery will take an hour, during which I will show you each exercise and ensure that you are confident to execute them on your own. You will also receive an e-mailed copy of the programme for your future reference.
