Try as you might to stick to a training regime, one thing that’s sure to put a spanner in the works is travel. What you need is a workout that combines minimal space, time and equipment and maximum effort. Check out my 300 rep blast
How to do it
Make sure you’re warmed up before you start by doing some dynamic stretches and maybe going for a short jog. You could also try walking up and down the stairs a few times.
Complete each exercise as quickly as you can and then move on to the next without any rest. Timing yourself can add a competitive edge, and keep you motivated for next time.

- 25 Press Ups
- 25 Squats
- 25 Squat Thrusts
- 25 Lunges
- 50 Bicycle Sit Ups
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Lunges
- 25 Squat Thrusts
- 25 Squats
- 25 Press Ups
The progression
Once you’ve mastered this workout, you can turn it into 400 reps by adding in 2 sets of 25 Ice Skaters and Tuck Jumps.
